Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless special delivery options are selected. Shipping Address vs. Billing Address
An order's shipping address must be a registered address with your selected billing option. This may be necessary if you are using a PO Box for a billing address. We cannot ship anything to an address that is not registered with your credit card company.

Shipping Rates & Policies
Standard ground delivery in the continental United States on all Wide-Format printers is $100, $25 for other printers. All other products are subject to standard UPS or FedEx rates.
Please call for a freight quote on all orders if you reside in Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the order, unless other arrangements with Plotter Supplies have been made. Shipping costs and order total will be confirmed within 24 hours by email. If available, we will supply you with carrier tracking numbers after shipment is complete.
Special Ship Items
Items can be specially packaged and can be shipped for next day delivery if desired. Additional charges may apply for oversized products.
Shipping to P.O. Box or Military Addresses
Shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO's are allowed. Orders to APO and FPO Boxes will be shipped via U.S. Mail. These orders must be within the size and weight restrictions issued by the U.S. Postal Service. Applicable shipping charges will be applied for proof of delivery, i.e. return receipt requested on delivered items.
Preparing for Delivery
If inside delivery by a trucking firm is desired, customer must note that at time of order. UPS deliveries are to the customer's normal delivery point. We recommend tracking your order with the supplied carrier's tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
30 Day return policy for store credit only. All returns must have prior approval. Products returned due to ordering error are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns are not accepted for equipment. Items with expired dates will not be returnable. Please call us at 1-800-365-3305, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return or exchange.
Note: A Return/Exchange request must be received within 30 days of product delivery.
Defective products must be properly packaged and returned complete. We offer a 90 day guarantee on ink cartridges, unless expired, and a 6 month guarantee on media. Sell Your Used Equipment
If you have equipment you no longer use and wish to sell it, this is the place to do it. For a one-time fee of $25.00 we will advertise it on our site until it's sold or you tell us to take it off. Anyone requesting information about an item is given the owner's name and phone number. Negotiations are between buyer and seller directly with no middleman. Forward check or money order for ad to our address, make sure to include description, price, and contact information.
Order Tracking Numbers
You can track, locate and verify arrival of your order using our Order Tracking section of your account. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours. Some items may ship in separate packages and therefore have different tracking numbers.
Note: United States Postal Service (USPS) does not offer order tracking at this time; therefore, any orders that are shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.
To cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-365-3305, or email email@example.com. If you order has not shipped, we can cancel your order unless the product is a special order item. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to refund any shipping and handling charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to all orders that have already been shipped. In addition, you will be responsible for returning all products ordered, at your expense, to our location. Upon receipt of the returned items, a product credit will be issued to your account less applicable restocking fees.
