Returns & Exchanges

All returns must have prior approval. Approval must be requested within 30 days of the product purchase. Products returned due to ordering error are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns are not accepted for equipment. Items with expired dates will not be returnable. Please call us at 1-800-365-3305, or email info@plottersupplies.com to arrange a return or exchange.

30-Day Returns

Items wishing to be returned must be done within 30 days of receipt and must be in he original boxes and unopened.

RMA Kit

RMA must be issued prior to the return of any item or equipment.

 Product Warranties

Defective products must be properly packaged and returned complete. We offer a 90 day guarantee on ink cartridges, unless expired, and a 6 month guarantee on media.
