We've answered our most popular questions below regarding orders, returns, shipping and more. If you don't see the question you have, call or make contact with us.

Order Processing Time

All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by email including order total with shipping. Orders received by 3:00pm MST will be shipped same day, provided items are in stock. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via Fedex unless special delivery options are selected. All Shipments will be delivered during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

 Overnight Shipping

Overnight orders must be placed by 2:30 MST in order to be shipped out the same day. PSI uses Fedex Express services for all of our overnight shipping. Saturday delivery is available only in certain zip codes. If you need Saturday delivery or any other special arrangements please give us a call and we will do our very best to accommodate you. 1-800-365-3305.

In-Store Pickup

Will calls may be done in the Denver and Phoenix Office from 8-5 MST. Local tax rates will apply.

 Shipping Rates & Policies

Standard ground delivery in the continental United States on all Wide-Format printers is $90. All other products are subject to standard FedEx rates.

 Returns & Exchanges

All returns must have prior approval. Approval must be requested within 30 days of the product purchase. Products returned due to ordering error are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns are not accepted for equipment. Items with expired dates will not be returnable. Please call us at 1-800-365-3305, or email info@plottersupplies.com to arrange a return or exchange.

30-Day Returns

Items wishing to be returned must be done within 30 days of receipt and must be in he original boxes and unopened.


RMA must be issued prior to the return of any item or equipment.

 Product Warranties

Defective products must be properly packaged and returned complete. We offer a 90 day guarantee on ink cartridges, unless expired, and a 6 month guarantee on media. Repairs are done on a time and materials basis unless a factory warranty is in effect. If you have any further questions or comments please call us at 1-800-365-3305.

 Order Tracking Numbers

You can track, locate and verify arrival of your order using our Order Tracking section of your account. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours. Some items may ship in separate packages and therefore have different tracking numbers.

 Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-365-3305, or email info@plottersupplies.com. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order unless the product is a special order item. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to refund any shipping and handling charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to all orders that have already been shipped. In addition, you will be responsible for returning all products ordered, at your expense, to our location. Upon receipt of the returned items, a product credit will be issued to your account less applicable restocking fees.
