Why would I need a wide format printer?
Wide format printers have bring many strengths to various industries. They give you the flexibility to show customers and employees tangible representations of projects and media without being limited by size.
Why HP printers?
HP printers use pigmented Matte Black inks that last long enough to fill governmental standards for longevity. HP instant ink dries instantly, comes in high volume ink cartridges, and requires no out-gassing even for HP Latex which allows you to laminate right away. Unlike most other brands, HP printers use user replaceable parts for print heads and maintenance cartridges, so you don't need a service call to change your print heads.
What do we sell at PSI?
Primarily we sell anything related to large format HP printers and plotters. We sell HP DesignJet and Latex Large format printers, and the media and ink associated with those products. We also service these products with over the phone, and on site support.

The only form of currency that we accept is US dollars.

What are PSI's fulfillment policies?
Refund policy — There is a 15% restocking fee on all unopened products.
Delivery policy — All products are shipped according to their availability and customer proximity. We have will call available for local customers. Courier can also be used for local customer but if the customer is not available to receive the delivery they could be subject to additional charges. All products ship same day when possible through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Dropships are sometimes used.
Return policy – Defective media can be exchanged for good media with no additional charge for shipping or restocking. Ink, Printheads, and Electronic Parts can only be returned if unopened, if any of there parts are defective that can only be exchanged through the HP warranty program which protects products for a length of time designated on the packaging. Anything that is open and is not defective cannot be returned at any time.
Cancellation policy — You can cancel standard orders anytime before it has shipped, if the product has been shipped then the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Do we export any of our products?
We do not export any of our products and only sell withing the United States.

What are the terms of promotions?
All promotions have a start and end date which are subject to change even if not accurately reflected on the website. Promotions often have criteria which must be abided in order for them to be valid and all trade-ins require the trade-in unit to be able to be collected at the purchaser's expense unless otherwise negotiated.

PSI Inc. handles all customer and user data which PCI compliant systems and methods, all data is secure and encrypted and our website has an HTTPS certificate.
